Great experience! We booked the morning of and within a few hours David and Ken were on their way ready to help us with their move. You can tell they are highly experienced - they used moving techniques and collaborated in a way that made moving from our 4th floor walk up look like a breeze.
Truly excellent experience. They were able to expertly handle a very large sideboard down multiple flights of narrow stairs. I fully expected the possibility of some bumps and bruises to the piece due to the difficulty of the move, but they not only got it down with zero damage, but they did so incredibly quickly. This was in large part to their great communication. Endlessly grateful and would recommend without hesitation.

They were friendly, kind and extremely patient and considerate ! They stayed with me while I made alternative plans and tried their best to care for my couch so that I could make my return.

Erick picked up a tablet and stylus at a Best Buy in Boston for me as we live in South Carolina to deliver to our nephew who was in the hospital. Despite having texts from me and photos of the email confirmations from Best Buy, they would not release one of the items to him. He was very persistent with them as I had texted him about our nephew and he called me to speak with Best Buy employees. Luckily they gave the items to him. He offered to even take the items to our nephew directly if he was allowed to his room. It was very kind of him. I wasn’t sure if our nephew was being discharged, so needed someone to deliver to the hospital instead of relying on Best Buy delivery. Very grateful!
