Kasseem and Victor were responsive, punctual, efficient, and friendly. They met me at a store in Buckhead where I had purchased 2 medium-sized barrel swivel chairs, loaded them quickly & securely into their van, and unboxed & arranged them in my space. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lugg or Kasseem & Victor again!
They moved our clawfoot tub quickly and efficiently, taking care of themselves, our home, and the tub. Would be quite glad to use them again!

Paki and Brian were the best movers I've had. They kept me up to date of when they picked up the sofa and when they were on the way. They expertly moved in the sofa which is heavy and adjusted it as needed. They also helped to move/adjust a few other pieces of furniture for me. They were kind and funny and it was genuinely nice to meet them. Great experience!

The Dwayne and Kevin duo was great. I was holding my breath worried about the move (large and heavy dining table plus steep stairs to my office suite, which is in a really old building and is probably “grandfathered in” instead of meeting current building code requirements- know what I’m sayin’?), but Dwayne and Kevin are pros, and the Facebook marketplace said that they were really careful with loading the dining table and chairs. I now have a nice extendable glass top dining table in my conference room, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

That means everything!!! They worked together to seamlessly accomplish this time sensitive move. They navigated a city condo building (and the people in it) respectfully and politely. I AM PLEASED!!

They were on time and moved the refrigerator. They didn't know a lot about moving. They didn't wrap the stainless steel front of the refrigerator knowing it had to go around the house down a tight walkway. The stainless steel is stretched horribly. It looks terrible.
