Asked to move a piano. They did it. Added a hot tub. They asked for a couple more luggers for the job then cheerfully walked heavy boxes and furniture up stairs while waiting for reinforcements. Brought the hot tub upstairs for the win. - Celeste

The two gentlemen showed up on time and we're very nice. They were unable to move the item that I needed moved. It was a hot tub and just too big and heavy for them to handle on their own safely. As they were already here I asked them to move a few smaller items which they did quickly and efficiently. I still need to move my hot tub and can't figure out how to do it. I am giving them five stars as they were ready and willing to do the job it was just too much to be accomplished by two people. No fault of their own. - Josh

Kenny and Joesph were fantastic. They arrived as planned, got right to work and were very excellent. It was very clear that they had lost of experience in moving. We had several large items that had to get through some tight spaces. They took the time needed to think though and move things safely. Made the moving so much better, cant recommend enough. They moved A LOT of furniture in difficult spaces and did it very well. Willing to get a bed up a ladder into the attic and even helped to repair a bed frame that had an issue from a previous fix. Really appreciated their willingness to help until everything was perfect. Would definitely hire them again. - Lily

First time trying Lugg, and WOW, I am sold. These two guys showed up and got through everything so quick (but carefully). They were respectful and polite too. They hadn't received the detailed message I'd submitted to Lugg with the booking, but they did not complain at all with the added items I needed them to move in order to move the furniture items in. They navigated tricky spaces and stairs. And an unbelievably heavy antique armoire (like you really cannot believe how heavy this thing is). I couldn't believe how fast everything went. Next time I book with Lugg services, I hope to work with Jerald and Jacob again - thanks guys! - Danny

New and Guadalupe did an excellent job and it could not have been any better. They were strong, efficient, friendly, and professional. I was worried about my walls and floors getting dinged because I have extremely heavy items that needed to be moved in and out of very small spaces with tight corners. They were able to use the proper angles and keep things lifted off the floor so that nothing was damaged. They were able to move an extremely heavy lift bed out of my bedroom that two other guys were not able to get out of the room. Highly recommended! - Bettina
