Euclides and Eric were incredible. They were fast, professional, and really knew what they were doing. I needed to move items from one storage facility to another. It was not one that was a drive up, so that required extremely long hallways moving multiple crates, etc. Wow, Euclides and Eric simply looked it over, started loading the only small carts available, and it was done in minutes. Couldn't believe it. They worked hard and fast and safely delivered my belongings to the new storage facility in no time. Awesome guys. Very professional. We needed a treadmill disassembled and moved. It was pretty complicated and heavy. These guys didn’t complain one bit. Had no issue getting it disassembled (kinda had to spend some time figuring it out) and getting it lifted out to the van no problem. These are friendly and good guys. - Kevin

The movers or Luggers were great! Lugg’s logistics, not so much. Apparently, Lugg didn’t contact the moving team until hours after I scheduled to have the item picked up from my sellers storage unit. The sellers were waiting for over 4 hours because Lugg failed with the logistics and communication. Again, great movers!!! They handled the item with care and helped assemble and position the deck furniture on our backyard patio. They should leave Lugg and start their own business. - El

Very heavy piece. Did all I could booking online to inform. They swiftly removed drawers and managed delivery quickly. I might recommend a weight belt! Unfortunately, more helping bodies wouldn't have fit on the staircase! - Ashley

Late getting here but it turned out that was a good thing for them because they weren’t sent my second move until they were almost in the truck leaving since Lugg had sent me a message that another truck was coming to do it.
