This was so easy! I needed a pickup while I was at work. These guys got it done, and all the pieces of my delivery were neatly stacked and waiting for me when I got home.
Both Michael and Jerome were great! They called/texted when they were on their way and arrived right when they said they would (even earlier than scheduled). They quickly assessed the layout of the home and what was needed and safely/securely packed and protected our couch before moving it up two flights of stairs and around several tight turns. They communicated with each other very well and did not once hit any of our banisters, ceiling or walls. They packed up and left within minutes, so this experience was really great!
Michael and Jerome were honestly amazing. They were very communicative throughout the process. They were very familiar on how CB2 works. When they delivered it into my home they did an amazing job. This was my first time using a service like this and I will recommend this to everyone because it was so efficient and easy! Thank you Michael and Jerome !!! You guys were the best!

The table was securely placed in their truck, and they were very careful when bringing it into our home. It was my first time using Lugg so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great experience and made the furniture delivery process so much easier!
