Our place is in the mtns and the roads were very slick. They couldn't come down our steep driveway cuz the Van would have never gotten out. They cheerfully carried the 4 sectional pieces 40yards from the top of the snow packed driveway. These guys were better than a moving company. This is our 2nd Lugg experience and both have exceeded expectations. - Pam

They arrived EXACTLY on time, to the minute, on a Friday afternoon in the middle of rush hour. Then they carried 2 extremely heavy boxes up a narrow staircase in the heat, and still had smiles on their faces after all this.
