Honest about labor minutes, received updated texts with their travel time, worked quickly & were extremely careful handling my furniture. Overall I would highly recommend Lugg delivery service as the contractor for Home Goods! I provide tip at time of service.
They did great, however, the van was not big enough for my tv. Also they did not have blankets, or wrap. Also, I had to do a lot of the lifting, had to take my own door off the hinges, and help them get the couch down the stairs. Things definitely got a little banged up. My white couch is toast. I gave them a cash tip. Friendly guys, wish they came with blankets or moving supplies.

Very friendly and helpful. When they were at the store to pick up the items, they noticed a defect on it and called me to report it before picking it up. I am so appreciative of the card and concern they showed. Wonderful guys!!

Edmund and Anthony were very prompt leaving to pick up the item before I had even left the store. Helpful in switching the chaisse end on the sectional and assembling the item. I would highly recommend this professional friendly duo. Great service today!!!
Kade & Jason were so friendly and helpful throughout my delivery. This is such a great service and helped me get my son’s college apartment set up in 24 hours by delivering well before the store could. Highly recommend!
They realized at store pick up that a leg was missing from our sofa and made sure they get the missing leg from the store before delivering.
They arrived at store promptly. They wrapped the buffet securely and protected it from the weather. They put the furniture in place and cleaned up. They were courteous and friendly.
Great delivery, both gentlemen very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the store will not receive such wonderful comments. They picked a wrong pillow back , for Jason and Hya to deliver. Thanks Lugg gr8 job.

They kept me posted . Called when a concern for a mark on the table before they left the store. We extremely pleasant ! Just did an all around great job. If I had a choice I would use them again any time I needed something moved .

They went back to the store, and were persistent in getting IKEA to pull everything again because IKEA said they couldn’t find the order. They kept me informed of the progress the entire time, and made sure they got my entire order to me later that day.

The delivery was on time. both workers were very courteous, friendly, polite and efficient and handled the delivery with care and expertise.
