Bought a mattress that weighed more than expected, turned out to not be something my room mate and I could handle getting up the stairs. These two saved the day and were at my house within 10 minutes.
Tight fit to move mattress to basement. They did it in 5 minutes with ease. Final bill was crazy fair! I will use again in future for actual location moves as well.
Ramon and Jose were great! They had to lug our new Tempurpedic mattress up to second floor and did a great job! I would hire "luggers" anytime!!
It was a very rainy day, and the guys wrapped the mattresses so they wouldn't get all wet. They were careful with my household items, since the work area was cluttered. They used moving pads to avoid any scratches or damage. Even though the move was just a few blocks, they strapped everything, making sure the items wouldn't move around. They even helped putting the mattresses in place. Very good communication and very professional.

Given they had to move two king mattresses, it wasn't that easy, especially since it involved going up and down some stairs. They were on time and all of the above. I will recommend Lugg to our condo community if anyone has the need to move anything.

Lugg is the best! I wish you had a moving truck vs. a van so we could have moved in one trip since it's charged per minute. Ended up being the same price as a moving company (with a full size truck), if not more, even though we only had boxes and a couch, mattress, tv stand and desk, but the movers were great, friendly, helpful, and timely. If we could've moved in one trip, it would have been highly worth it.

They were excellent!!! I had a very heavy adjustable base & king size bed and a split staircase. They were punctual, professional, and did an amazing job. Even did set up for me… the mattress store told me their delivery service would add an additional charge for that. This company didn’t. They deserved their tip! Definitely will use this company again! Thank you!!!
