Jahil and Alex moved a lot of heavy furniture quickly, without complaint, and without damaging any of it. If I could, I would request them by name every single time. Jahil it’s very experienced… He wrapped up a mirror better than King Tutt was wrapped up… And Alex was a very quick study.
Erick and Emmanuel were wonderful! They picked up my item promptly and safely delivered it to my apartment. All of the glass and mirror was in perfect condition despite the long drive. Thank you both so much!

Jerome and Michael M. went above-and-beyond in being extra careful moving my very fragile, very heavy and large, glass window. I couldn't have asked for more care to have been taken. They also provided excellent communication, calling when they were in route with a spot-on ETA. I would rely on Jerome and Michael M. any time I need moving help.
Daniel E and William really did a great job! They were so efficient and thoughtful during moving our furnitures and electronics. I really worried about how to move our queen size mattress and fragile furnitures, they got this perfectly. Things were also settled at right location in the destination.
Michael and Jerome did a great job in my move, which included some fragile items too. All items were carefully wrapped for the move. Michael and Jerome also kept in regular touch with me as to status and location, so I knew when they would be arriving at both locations. This was my second time using Lugg in the last two months and I’d definitely use Lugg again!

Marvin and Edwen were patient when it came to picking up my vintage console table from the seller. I didn’t realize the piece had a glass top, so I did not warn them but they came prepared with a blanket that they bungie’d over to transport it safely. They kept in communication and were very friendly! Amazing service
They had a very friendly demeanor, were very professional. They called before they arrived. It seemed like they followed the protocols of their training (took pictures of merchandise) They delivered 5 packages = 3 glass cabinets in 10 minutes, they were in and out and get on with day.

Since the job was to move items from the basement into the garage as well as rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor, they took direction attentively and followed through. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They had to take a few items apart because they were too big, bulky or heavy. They patiently and carefully put them all back together.
My first time using Lugg and it was an amazing experience with these two guys! Arrive during delivery window and worked fast while being careful. Highly recommend and hope I get matched with them again!

It could have been easy to give up on this job, and I would have understood if they did, but they didn't. If I could specifically reserve their services again in the future, I would.
