Victor and Omar were absolutely fantastic. My 10’ UHaul was full to the brim, and they still got everything out and into my storage unit within 40 minutes. Would definitely book them again if needed.
These 2 young men Vernon and Sufyaan were professional, timely and knowledgeable! They were also very polite, they went above and beyond. They did several attempts to bring the sofa into my house, they would not give up until the solution was solved. They placed everything where it needed to go and handle each item with care! I salute these gentleman, they are the best 😊!!
wherein and curtis were the best! they drove all the way from philly just to help us move two heavy things we couldn’t do on our own. really appreciate them !!!!
They were great, super helpful and somewhat concerned that I wasn’t asking them to donate more. This was my time using Lugg a unfortunately the first to luggers were really unhelpful and left without carrying my bed frame to the second floor after delivery. Within a half hour I had the best customer service experience of my life and great part 2 to my Lugg experience. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

These guys were amazing. They handled everything with care, wrapped it thoroughly, used pads and were lightning fast and efficient. Best moving experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this duo.
Sulaiman and Kenny were amazing! They delivered a large/super heavy, white sleeper sofa to my house (in the rain) that wouldn’t fit through most of my narrow doorways. They kept trying different ways-up and down stairs-and never gave up until they finally got it down to my basement. No damage to the furniture or house. I’m so thankful for them! Best movers ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Best. Experience. Ever. Ryan is hands down the best helper mover I’ve ever interacted with. Super efficient!! We had at least 15 pieces of heavy suitcases/boxes/bags and 2 small furniture, and completed the entire move-out and move-in process within 40 minutes! Also, Ryan is such a nice person!! Always thinking about how to get the work done in the shortest amount of time possible and being really strategic (haha) about taking what pieces first and etc… also so patient and understanding and easy-going. Best experience ever! This is my first time and definitely not the last time using Lugg! And best of luck to Ryan! Thanks again!!

Ryan is amazing. He performed a difficult move on a moment's notice. He's efficient, but very careful. I work as a designer, so moving heavy and expensive things is a big part of my job. I've worked with dozens of helpers and Ryan is one of the best I encountered.

These guys were the best. They removed the machine from the pallet and moved it into our shed. They were fast and very friendly. No damage to property what so ever. They really helped me out of a tough spot moving a 300 pound elliptical. Outstanding experience
They both liked the vanity and treated carefully. Both were cautious moving and lifting it in and out of the truck. They came prepared with a blanket, a dolly, sliders, and plastic wrap.
