Very quick and extremely helpful did the job in one trip and saved me so much time and stress with a service I didn’t even know existed and would have struggled with alone. I had 3 furniture pieces I ordered that were too heavy for me to carry sitting in my building’s package room for weeks. They came prepared with dollies and moving carts and did all the heavy lifting to get them from the my package room to my apartment unit and even ensured that the placement was too my liking and from start to end were very careful with handling of the fragile packages. When I placed my order it asked if I would like delivery or delivery and assembly i chose to have the bed assembled as well but the guys came they said another company would put the items together for me. I could have paid for 1 lugger and saved $50 since there was nothing that they carried that needed more than one person they literally took less than 2 minutes to drop the pieces on my floor and now I have to put the bed together myself. This was not a good experience but I dont believe it was their fault which is why i gave them 5 stars. - William
