I just want to know why I was charged an extra $19.77 over the $126.77 . The guys arrived at the house at 3:06 after going to the wrong house. It took them 35 minutes to load the heavy piece of furniture of which 10 minutes was deciding how to position the truck in the driveway. The drive to the other house was 15 to 20 minutes and it took 10 to 15 minutes to unload the piece into the garage. Everything took right under an hour and I commended the guys.
