This was my first time using Lugg. I was a little apprehensive. I bought a power reclining leather sectional and coffee table from OfferUp an hour away from me. The combination of not having to drive 2.5 hours AND find someone to help me unload it at my house made Lugg an obvious choice. Guy and Aaron were considerate, focused, and organized. They wasted no time, which was good since I chose to pay by the minute. They even moved my antique corner unit effortlessly. I will definitely use Lugg again. Strong work guys!

Carlos and David did an amazing job helping me deliver a 77 inch TV, they not only came ready to protect the TV with furniture blankets but also had the necessary tools to remove the stand to ensure a safe delivery. Would use this service and them again! 5 stars!

Item in my order was not included in the delivery. Anthropology sent me a receipt of my order which reflects 2 items. Additionally, I scheduled a pickup for 2 items and provided pictures
