Ted was willing to go above and beyond to help move a piece of furniture that needed to be returned and he also returned to the store voluntarily and without complaint when the store forgot to include a piece of furniture and mounting hardware that should have been included in the original delivery.

Our experience was absolutely amazing ! Roy & Darnell was absolutely amazing ! Great team work very expert they know what they doing. We purchase Restoration Hardware bedroom set and it’s hugh! All the set was spouse to go to our 2nd floor in our home it was almost impossible but Roy and Darnell knew what they doing, the whole process was super fast and efficient with them. Highly recommended!!

Professional, courteous. Took careful measures not to damage hardwood flooring when delivering furniture item. Made sure I was 100% satisfied before departing.

Ahmad and Ahmad were a great team. We needed big appliances moved and it involved taking them up some narrow stairs. They did some very heavy lifting, and had a great and professional attitude throughout. I would hire them again for any move.

Amazingly helpful with moving the heavy appliances and guiding me on how things need to be connected. I would have these 2 guys back every time!

Perfect timing and communication the entire way including pointing out dents in the fridge I purchased to make sure I was ok with it before they loaded it. They also were very kind about moving an old fridge out of the garage. I’ll definitely use you guys again! Thank you!

There was a dent in the back of the fridge that I hadn’t noticed. They tried to send me a pick of it (but for some reason it wouldn’t go through). But they called and explained the dent to me to make sure I was okay with it and for them to still deliver. They also made sure I saw it before they unwrapped the whole refrigerator to double check that I was okay with it. I was very pleased with their service.

This move was above expectation. Edgar and Marcos moved my fridge from one location to another in Napa. They showed up ahead of time scheduled and executed the move swiftly. They even went an extra mile to make sure details are taken care of the way I wanted it. Great job!
