They went above and beyond! They set up resident’s furniture, made her bed, and made it look ready for her to walk right in and be comfortable. They made this hard transition this resident that much less difficult and I am so very grateful for their hard work and thoughtfulness! - Teresa

It seems Lugg had not informed Aram or Ronald that I had requested they come prepared with a wrench for setting up the bed. I read on your website that "We do ask that if your items require special tools or instructions, you have those tools and instructions available to the Luggers." What is the point in including a note about special tools if Lugg does not inform the Luggers of this with sufficient notice as to bring such tools? - Risa

These guys did an awesome job despite the person who scheduled them incorrectly. We were to have 1 bed picked up from my home and dropped off to a destination. Then a bed picked up from destination and returned to my home. They were not scheduled for a bed to be returned to my home. I stated what I wanted with the person scheduling and they failed with the request. Not the problem on the movers behalf, but the person who scheduled them failed to inform me that it was a problem or it couldn't be done. Sad because anytime we hire them, the movers are doing as they are instructed. With no direct communication from the office to straighten it out. - Michael

Sean and Jason are excellent movers. They showed up on time, had the correct tools, and disassembled a bed and desk and many other items. They had to drive in 95 degree heat to our destination in Berkeley and did great putting everything in the house. And they were very friendly from beginning to end. Above and beyond. - Karen

My experience was great. From the pick up to the delivery address. They wrapped it well with a blanket and moving plastic to protect it. Which was great since it’s a heavy wood table. They worked well together, planned it out where I wanted then grabbed the item and put it right where I wanted gently. They were friendly and kind snd went above and beyond to place where I wanted it exactly and to keep it well protected. - Aimee
I warned them about need to remove the doors before they attempted to move the treadmill from bedroom through apartment and outside…LOL…they learned their lesson and were very quick to laugh and say they should have listened to me. Incredible customer service. They were concerned my second Lug pickup would not be to the warehouse on time for pick up before 5:00 pm so encouraged me to confirm. They also suggested that I did not need a foundation on my platform bed as it would be too high. I agreed and cancelled that part of my order. They were very conscientious and professional. My husband's back was out and we had a sofabed in the garage that would barely fit through the door, plus a giant refrigerator and two other sofas to move in. Steven and Rene had a ramp and a big dolly to get the refrigerator up the stairs, plus blankets, etc. Everything went well.
