Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.

Excellent work! Mario and Joseph were extremely helpful in getting our large potted plants unloaded from our truck and placed in on our property.

Mario and Ignatius were extremely accommodating, efficient, and friendly. We had them move a cabinet for a Marketplace purchase and they treated it with care throughout the entire move despite it being heavy.

Hisham and Jamal were wonderful. Made the moving of two heavy duty desks a breeze!!! I hope I get them for our Lugg request. I haven’t had a bad move with Lugg yet. Lugg is my go to place for help!!

These guys are awesome! They arrived promptly and were excellent at moving other things around to fit the loveseat in the space I wanted. Definitely will use Lugg again based on this assignment!

They were very friendly hard-working and fast. They both are a great team. I had a shelf that needed to be disassembled and didn't know how to take it down on my own. Semisi took it down easily. Jamal impressed me with hold two tvs's. They both reassured me everything will fit and made sure everything was placed where I wanted. They were very careful handling every item. Thanks Guys!

We bought a table from someone over the FB marketplace and we weren’t at the place of pickup to help, although the seller was rude and didn’t help, he didnt cancel and did it all by himself embracing the situation. Totally good experience for us and will use Lug for other moving stuff.
