Travis and Jeremiah went way above and beyond for the delivery of my couch from Costco. The boxes were larger than I remembered when I booked the job. Not only did they make the boxes fit in a truck, they opened the boxes, put on the footstools, and put the giant empty boxes in my garage. This was on a 110+ degree day. They were so helpful, friendly, and polite. I cannot recommend them and Lugg enough. I have and will continue to tell everyone about my Lugg experience and will definitely use them again. We need to move our Sofa and loveseat purchased at COSTCO. The COSTCO manager suggested us to use LUGG service. On Sunday, we paid at COSTCO at 11 am and left for home waiting. At 5 PM, the movers worked efficiently to deliver the furniture from 30 miles away. Thank them for their hard work. I will definitely use their service again. - ShyhJen
