I purchased some antique dining chairs from Doyle's in NYC. I currently live in Colorado but have a residence in NY. Doyle's quoted me $500 to have professional movers move the chairs less than 10 miles. I learned about Lugg thru Doyle's as alternative. Great timely accurate work! With tip it cost $181 for two movers in a Sprinter Van...Will be using them again! - Angela

I needed a couch moved in NYC the length of a full borough with 2 days notice, and the price I was quoted was HUNDREDS less than professional companies, including Piece of Cake, multiple Task Rabbits, and Transdimentional. Raheem and Phillip navigated so effortlessly, with such care and consideration. They handled logistic issues with ease and were kind, punctual, and professional. I received true white glove service. I'd book with them again in a heartbeat! - Rachel

Wanted to add to the tip so added here. Wonderful service. They were prompt and friendly and carried a couch up a steep flight of stairs without making any marks on the walls. Would definitely recommend them and use them again! - Ilya

Absolutely seamless frictionless experience. Booked time on app. Changed mind , moved time. No prob. I wasn’t even at the pick up place as Lugg had a photo of what they were supposed to fetch and they did. I like that the pick up contact changed at the last minute & I was able to change it in app immediately. Nice touch that every contact number has a choice to be included in pick up or drop off notification or both. A vast improvement from the days when I had to search Craigslist for a man with a van. Very reasonable price and most relaxing NYC move ever - Joan

They were great to work with, patient when a problem arose with an incorrect address (on my end). Would use and recommend them to others in the future! - Megan

I had requested a small furniture pick up—small cafe table and 3 bar stools, plus a small entryway table—from NYC upper east side to be delivered to Secaucus NJ. The order was like “Uber move”, quick, simple and easy. One can track the movement of delivery between two points on real time. I had two movers in a van. They packed and unpacked quickly and professionally. For the received professional and friendly service, price was also quite reasonable. I definitely would use them again without worrying about the move logistics. - Joanna

Very efficient and careful with my antique delivery. These guys know what they’re doing.. highly recommend! - Chris

Great communication, promptness, professionalism. We were moving one specific piece of furniture from Connecticut to NYC and they took great care of it, got it there in reasonable time despite a lot of traffic, and then were very considerate and helpful when actually moving the furniture in. - Anupam

I loved working with Lugg! They wrapped my couch and table so efficiently upon pickup, and set them up good as new in my apartment. The ability to loop in the seller to the movers ETA made the transaction seamless. Can’t wait to use Lugg again! - Erin

I was very impressed with Luggers Michael and Ben who picked up two large and heavy items at two different items (a recliner and huge double dresser from Facebook marketplace). They were super professional in dealing with two pickups and navigating annoying NYC traffic on a muggy day. I was able to monitor their progress quite conveniently on the tracker in the app. They were way quicker than I expected, so I definitely underestimated their arrival. I would recommend Lugg to anyone who needs a quick and reliable move. I also live in building that requires a COI and Lugg customer service was quick and providing one via email (I got a response in a few hours). That really made a difference to me when I needed a short notice pickup. - Laura
