Brima and Waldoph had a really hard task from me, and they got it done with a great attitude. They had to pick up the heaviest gas grill I've ever seen, and they additionally figured out how to disassemble it to make it fit in the van. Highly recommended - Hunter

Absolutely seamless frictionless experience. Booked time on app. Changed mind , moved time. No prob. I wasn’t even at the pick up place as Lugg had a photo of what they were supposed to fetch and they did. I like that the pick up contact changed at the last minute & I was able to change it in app immediately. Nice touch that every contact number has a choice to be included in pick up or drop off notification or both. A vast improvement from the days when I had to search Craigslist for a man with a van. Very reasonable price and most relaxing NYC move ever - Joan

A wonderful experience with Elvis and Tavis moving items a lengthy distance into a dense part of NyC. Both were efficient poised and very poised in handling the transportation. - Vishesh

I purchased some antique dining chairs from Doyle's in NYC. I currently live in Colorado but have a residence in NY. Doyle's quoted me $500 to have professional movers move the chairs less than 10 miles. I learned about Lugg thru Doyle's as alternative. Great timely accurate work! With tip it cost $181 for two movers in a Sprinter Van...Will be using them again! - Angela

First time using Lugg and Im a believer! And these men were so nice and helpful-- true gentleman and I am one fussy lady. I will request this team moving forward!!! - Mary

I was very impressed with Luggers Michael and Ben who picked up two large and heavy items at two different items (a recliner and huge double dresser from Facebook marketplace). They were super professional in dealing with two pickups and navigating annoying NYC traffic on a muggy day. I was able to monitor their progress quite conveniently on the tracker in the app. They were way quicker than I expected, so I definitely underestimated their arrival. I would recommend Lugg to anyone who needs a quick and reliable move. I also live in building that requires a COI and Lugg customer service was quick and providing one via email (I got a response in a few hours). That really made a difference to me when I needed a short notice pickup. - Laura

Julian and Jakah were fantastic! They helped move everything from one of my storage lockers to another and made the whole process quick and easy. They were efficient, careful with my belongings, and super friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them! - Emma

I needed a couch moved in NYC the length of a full borough with 2 days notice, and the price I was quoted was HUNDREDS less than professional companies, including Piece of Cake, multiple Task Rabbits, and Transdimentional. Raheem and Phillip navigated so effortlessly, with such care and consideration. They handled logistic issues with ease and were kind, punctual, and professional. I received true white glove service. I'd book with them again in a heartbeat! - Rachel

I moved several large boxes, some smaller heavy ones, a big toaster oven, and a bunch of suitcases and smaller items from the Upper East Side of NYC to the Upper West Side. The Luggers kept me informed about their arrival time; they were polite, helpful, efficient, and careful. Thank you, thank you, thank you! - Susan

Kevin was awesome!!! He was professional, in time, and was ready to assist in all areas! I highly recommend him. - Caroline
