Same day store delivery in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

There was a problem at the pick up point (furniture store) with the staff having released the furniture item to the wrong customer the day before. Tony called me and explained what was going on. He put the store clerk on the phone to further explain what happened. Then he made sure they found a matching table among their stock so they could deliver the goods expected. I tipped them both for resolving that problem with the furniture store. I was impressed.

They were very nice super helpful on fast and really did a great job ! ❤️ I had previously book another appointment and the guys cancelled 😞 did not go inside the store to pick up the furniture and said they waited like 30 min I was inside the store working my shift couldn’t answer call or text no one had said I need to br envolver while picking up 🆙 my purchase to deliver at my home and very disappointed with the Gabriel am Rory or Ray as texted in msg
