Jesus was great. Very professional. My one complaint is the price. This delivery turned out to be double what it should have been. $25 plus .95 a minute. $50 max. This was a super easy, light weight delivery. Because of this, I will not use Lugg again unless the price is transparent. Thank You.

Took good care of my white cloth chairs and covered them to protect them. They were also very conscious to not damage or drag anything. I had 5 PCs delivered from home goods and was able to get my belongings picked up and dropped off within the hour while I sat home in the air conditioning. Very pleased with the service. $89 was a high price but worth it to me as a single woman with no help.

Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.

Ted and Joseph were absolutely amazing! They arrived on time, handled my dryer with great care, and made the entire move quick and stress-free. Both were professional, respectful, and clearly experienced they knew exactly what they were doing. I truly appreciated their positive attitude and how smoothly everything went from start to finish. If I ever need movers again, I would definitely request them. Highly recommend!

These two men are simply amazing and talented movers. I want to request to have them both be our movers for our next Lugg move that is coming up this coming Wednesday, September 3rd at 2:00PM. Not only can they pack a Uhaul like artists, they were hard working, steady, easy to deal with, and non-judgmental (you know what I mean - movers are seeing you at your absolute worst). A big shout out to both of them. Lugg, whatever you’re paying them, it’s not enough!
