Paulo was GREAT! Super friendly, punctual and very professional. He was very thankful that we brought all the times to the front of the door which helped loading them into the van quicker. He even helped bringing one of the items inside my place since it was raining and even took his shoes off to avoid making a mess. Next time I use Lugg I’d like to hire him!

These are the two best movers I’ve ever had, and I’ve had dozens of moves. So friendly, efficient, polite, respectful, professional, careful, thoughtful, and great energy.

This team was extremely professional & focused. Homer & Kevin had to carry all my furniture up 4 flights of stairs because the building’s elevator is broken. The offload job was difficult and this team did it very quickly! Again many thanks to Homer & Kevin for taking such good care of my belongings & for their great attitude. I tipped $50 cash (to be split) at the end of the job & left $130.00 tip to be split between the 2 movers on the Lugg website. An excellent job!! Highly recommend Kevin & Homer !! Thank you again Lugg for a fantastic experience!

Ezequiel Romero and Miguel Yepez were absolutely phenomenal! They helped move two very heavy sofas and a coffee table with such ease and professionalism, it was honestly impressive to watch. Not only were they incredibly efficient and clearly experts at what they do, but they were also very friendly and respectful throughout the entire process. They handled everything with care, worked quickly without cutting any corners, and made what could have been a stressful move feel completely seamless. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend Ezequiel and Miguel more highly! If you get the chance to work with them, you’re in great hands!
