When we say above and beyond, it does not do justice to these two workers. I ordered transport that turned out to be a bit small for the load, and at first we thought we would need another whole vehicle, but they studied the problem and found a way to fit everything in. Then many of the pieces were unwieldy and required disassembly or special wrapping, and they tackled every challenge with great skill and aplombe, and did I say, great good spirits and the friendliest of service. I cannot say enough about them, and I’m loving Lugg!
