Professional, timely, and courteous! They also helped me solve questions about junk removal in Brooklyn, which was very much appreciated.
Khalid and Raynief came to clear some old wood furniture, umbrella and other stuff from our roof deck. They were great. It started to rain and they kept on, and then it turned out that the junk yard was closed. They found another place which was a relief.
Wilmer and Elijah were awesome - my doorway was very narrow and I was worried the table I bought wouldn’t fit, but they made it happen and were very nice to work with. Highly recommend.
Mahamad and Luis were so kind and efficient, taking care to wrap everything and doing their best even in heavy traffic. I would be happy to work with them anytime. Super nice guys!

Completely wowed by the Lugg service . Had two large chairs ( 40x40 boxes ) to be picked from west elm . Shipping was $279 but Lugg did it for $55 !! And right on time , excellent service!! The Lugg employee has wheels too so don’t have to lift the box except for stairs . Overall , cannot wait to use the service again !!
Diego and Vernon truly went above and beyond moving my many heavy boxes of vinyl records up and down flights of stairs—a job I don’t wish on anyone, and one that they accomplished with the utmost professionalism. Highest recommendation! Thank you SO MUCH!
I can’t recommend Kevroy and Daquan enough. They were on time, professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout my move. They handled a very heavy adjustable bed frame, a large bookcase, a full-size mattress, a 60-inch TV console, and a four-drawer dresser with real care and skill, and they navigated two walk-up apartments with no elevators and narrow hallways like pros. They stayed upbeat and friendly even with the difficulty of the job, and they made a stressful move feel much more manageable. I’m really appreciative of their help and would absolutely hire them again!!
