They did the impossible! Moving a 500lbs hospital bed up an open staircase made of wood and glass only… truly amazing. I am so grateful. Angel was really proactive and a great leader. Gregory was incredible! The whole team did this difficult task with a smile on their faces and a can-attitude. I haven’t experienced this level of skill and service ever!
Absolutely unbelievable job. They did the impossible moving a 500lbs hospital bed from the first floor to the second on an entire glass and wood staircase.
Unfortunately it rained yesterday and the boxes came in very wet. The 2 guys were very helpful and unpacked the boxes and took with them the wet cardboard and left the pieces clean and dried them up. Hopefully everything will work out good when we assemble the beds.
When I placed my order it asked if I would like delivery or delivery and assembly i chose to have the bed assembled as well but the guys came they said another company would put the items together for me. I could have paid for 1 lugger and saved $50 since there was nothing that they carried that needed more than one person they literally took less than 2 minutes to drop the pieces on my floor and now I have to put the bed together myself. This was not a good experience but I dont believe it was their fault which is why i gave them 5 stars.

Carlos got the mattress to me safely covered with tarps, he had the right tools to get it out of the car and into the house. He even helped me get the new mattress into my bed frame. I couldn't have done it alone so I really appreciated his help.
Adriel and Michael were fantastic! They moved my furniture in the rain and even stayed after to help me move my mattress that had just gotten delivered. They were on time, respectful, and professional.
Communication was great. He took great care of the mattress I was picking up and delivered it very quickly.

Julio was awesome! We had a difficult move and needed a mattress brought to our new apt building. Access to the building was difficult and complicated but Julio navigated everything with ease and did an amazing job! Best part of our entire move!
I was very happy to have the Fredy and Eddy team back to help me with part two of my move. They were very efficient and well equipped. They had a special, open dolly cart that made moving the mattress a breeze and a flat dollie to move the larger pieces. They really know how to handle different styles of furniture and different moving situations. I highly recommend this team
He called me to advise he was approaching building. I was not there and gave him Instructions on the phone ( where to Leave my two mattresses) and he delivered 100%
Angel and Gregory communicated often to keep me updated on their progress with the pick up and drop off. They also went above and beyond by trying to find a replacement for one of the paintings when they noticed that the frame behind the canvas was damaged. They were friendly and professional.
Gregory and Ángel were professional and made the effort to complete the delivery, successfully bringing the sofa into the room without issue. In contrast, the initial delivery team (Michael and Adriel) did not attempt to unload the sofa and stated it would not fit, resulting in an unnecessary return. Due to this lack of diligence, we had to pay for a second delivery. As such, we respectfully request a refund for the inadequate service provided during the first attempt. We look forward to your response. Thank you.

The tracking of the delivery was very helpful. The patio chairs and table were relatively light.....but a bit bulky. Because we live in a Condo with crazy rules for deliveries and non resident entries, we met the delivery at the front door with luggage carts so they wouldn't be burdened with coming inside. They loaded the items onto the carts and we brought them inside and up the elevator. It worked out fine.
