Oscar was incredibly friendly, professional, and was very patient while I had an issue with Best Buy, who had the TV that we were moving. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs support in moving.

Oscar was prompt, efficient, and even more importantly patient and solution oriented. He was picking up an item from Best Buy for me and they needed a photo of my ID and it was a bit of a thing, but he relayed info and was patient with me while I got to him. Appreciated that!

So, I just moved to this area and have had the (sometimes unfortunate) experience with movers. HoWeVeR - NOT HERE! THEY WERE GREAT‼️ They came, assessed the measurements and move and took care of it. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. MUCH BETTER then the movers I've used from places like Best Buy 🙄😒.

I was actually totally amazed that these two were successfully able to pull off driving all the way out to Culver city, picking up a giant Samsung dryer for me, and hauling it back to my house in Hollywood when I first contacted them with less than an hour to go before Best Buy closed. These guys are totally great and SO Quick to respond to messages and just to show up for the job. I definitely didn't think this was actually gonna get accomplished today and they far exceeded my expectations. Thanks dudes. y'all are the bomb.com

This team had all the right tools to get through an unexpected obstacle - a pallet with a frame built around the appliance. They worked efficiently and with a can do attitude to get the job done!

Jovany and Ethan. Thank you! They were amazing! We had them unload a 26-ft U-Haul truck packed to the rim and they didn't blink and I unloading it. Jovany was very very knowledgeable on how to move appliances and even hook them up for me as a favor. These two are experts and should be respected. I found that with kindness and respect will react in kind. Thanks guys

I wish I had known ahead of time that they could only make one trip. I wish I had the option of a bigger truck and more movers. I wish Lugg provided better estimates of time based on amount of stuff. Not sure what the time estimate is of a two-bedroom apartment, but my two bedroom apartment without appliances took all day, and the movers arrived after the arrival window.

Andriy and Peter arrived ahead of schedule to pick up an appliance I had purchased. They were very prompt, bringing it inside with care and even offering to attach the hoses and set everything up.
