Khalid and Raynief came to clear some old wood furniture, umbrella and other stuff from our roof deck. They were great. It started to rain and they kept on, and then it turned out that the junk yard was closed. They found another place which was a relief.
The app mysteriously gave them a different dropoff location than I had selected when I ordered the Lugg, but they kindly found the correct building anyways. They moved the chairs carefully without any damage! :)
Libardo and Alonso were great! They got my item delivered in the selected window, kept a consistent line of communication, and carefully handled the item when dropping it off. I also appreciated them wrapping the item to protect it! And to top it all off, they were friendly. I really appreciate their help.
