These two had a pretty big order from Home Depot including a lot of 12’ boards. They were flexible to park at the end of our driveway and bring it up 30 ‘ to our house due to the incline of our driveway. Very much appreciated!
They moved 10 glass/mirror doors perfectly and with zero damage. They moved them upstairs (very bulky and heavy), again, with no damage. I did have to bring extra moving blankets, because after I booked the Lugg to move 5 mirrored doors, I ended up purchasing 5 more doors from the same person, and wanted them to move all 10 for me. They did not have enough moving blankets for all 10, and they were adamant that they could not be liable for any damage to the un blanketed doors, so I went to Home Depot, purchased more blankets, delivered them to the pickup location, and after that, everything went smoothly.
Fabulous. Light years better than renting a truck and going to find some willing movers outside Home Depot. Also much better than the guys who charge a low hourly rate then demand a massive tip in cash. Only suggestion would be to build in functionality for different size loads or multiple trips. I had to turn away the first van bc they couldnt fit my things in one load.
Delivery was great. However, I was charged $93.50 4 times on my Citi Bank COSTCO card and 2 times on my Amex card. Why so many charges? I will only pay once !! Please call me to explain all the charges @ 510-715-6005.
