Very kind, and thoughtful. Looked for and removed tripping hazards as they moved furniture. Couldn’t have asked for better and more respectful drivers
Both of them were absolute professionals. They were thoughtful and offered to remove the hinges to my door in order to fit the furniture. Fortunately, they did not have to do that and was able to figure out a way to get the chair in without removing the door. They were on time, quick, communicated well throughout the process, and they were appreciated.
Jonathan and Marquail consistently go above and beyond. Today they hauled a heavy armoire down stairs and on and off the truck and into another house. Amazing! Gratitude.
They were on time and transported my benches with no damage. They were thoughtful about how they loaded the benches in their truck and they moved a bench into the woods on my property which was quite a haul for them! They did great!

They made sure all pieces of coach furniture was assembled correctly and the connecting wires to my recliner couch was working fine before they report to their app to departure. Very nice gentleman’s . They were tipped cash and each was so appreciative and thanked me many times .
Andrew and Jason were on time and friendly and clearly worked well as a team. They moved quickly and efficiently, and had no difficulty getting the couches and bar buffet inside, and set up where we needed them. And they were personable when they were finished, chatting for a little, as I asked about the Lugg service seeing as I had never heard of it before. Great service, excellent guys.

I reached out to Lugg after another on-demand service could not follow through. My request was assigned to William & Alex under an hour, and they were great. Alex communicated with me during the entire process, and were at my home in no time. Getting my couch in definitely required some work 😮💨, but they were great sports about it. Only one of the couches was delivered. I called IKEA and they said that it was theirs fault - that it was not given to the Lugg delivery people. But they cannot rectify this until Lugg calls them. But then they tell me they have no phone number for Lugg. I need it today!
