Jason and Adrian were AMAZING! These guys helped with everything from A to Z! Picked up the couch from the warehouse super far away 40 min drive then brought it with a big smile and Greta attitude. They made my day! Then unpacked the couch and installed it with so much care and attention to detail. They treated it as if it was theirs, and helped me find the right spot for the couch. So much patience and help. 100% would recommend thank you guys for being the BEST!

I did give $10 to the gentlemen for a tip yesterday. I will rate the experience high, but some feedback would be to use blankets as the leather couch was just put in the back of the truck and a strap was put across the side arm to hold it into the truck without any protection. It didn’t hurt it, but it could’ve caused some damage and I just would’ve preferred to see at least a blanket over it. 
Diego and Dell must efficiently and carefully loaded all of our donations into the truck. They arrived well within the stated ETA. At the donation site, they were helpful in making certain all of our items were accepted. They looked out for our concerns and Luggs concerns. This is true customer service!
The guys were fine. Late getting here but it turned out that was a good thing for them because they weren’t sent my second move until they were almost in the truck leaving since Lugg had sent me a message that another truck was coming to do it. It would have been helpful if they or I had a person to contact quickly in this case.

Wow! Both Dennis and Colby were terrific. They were sensitive to my needs and were very efficient with their loads, which was important to me as the distance was great between the apartment and the moving truck.
The job looked impossible to me given their short bed truck, but they had a "can do" attitude and the expertise they needed to complete the task at hand and I applaud them for a job well-done! I highly recommend LUGG!
Rolled the large items up to me on the 3rd floor when the parking garage could not be cleared with their truck. Great attitudes, friendly.
Cash tip provided. Movers excellent. Professional. Great team. The Lugg service itself, customer service and backend, terrible.
The movers or Luggers were great! Lugg’s logistics, not so much. Apparently, Lugg didn’t contact the moving team until hours after I scheduled to have the item picked up from my sellers storage unit. The sellers were waiting for over 4 hours because Lugg failed with the logistics and communication. Again, great movers!!! They handled the item with care and helped assemble and position the deck furniture on our backyard patio. They should leave Lugg and start their own business.
Outstanding. I couldn't have envisioned my move going so smoothly, rapidly and professionally. My movers were friendly, communicative, pleasant, efficient, fast, yet careful and organized. Who knew an app could result in such a satisfying experience...with moving? I'm telling everyone I know about LUGG!
Freddy and Jose were wonderful movers and I would work with them any time I need moving assistance. They were on time and worked very carefully but quickly to move my furniture. They were also very friendly and made sure I was happy with the furniture placement. They are a great team!!
These two movers were AMAZING!!!!! They were incredibly efficient and kind. They did all our unloading up three flights of stairs with NO elevator. We can’t thank them enough for making the last part of our cross country move so easy. We would use Lugg again just for these two!
