They were incredibly fast. They were easy to work with. When salvation Army declined some of the donations, they took them to Goodwill industries, which did. I can’t trave enough about them. They were princes.
Fombeoh and Atiqullah were great! They were friendly and efficient! We had a large donation going to goodwill and they finished the pick up quickly and efficiently! We would use Lugg again!
Eugene & William were extremely nice, careful with the furniture, swift, and very patient when there was a hangup at the donation drop-off location! Very grateful that they were assigned to my task.
They were extremely courteous and professional, wrapped my furniture with care, and safely moved my donation to Goodwill. I could not have asked for better service, and I would be honored to work with them and Lugg again.

Jerome and Jahlil were really good movers under difficult circumstances. The pieces to be moved were in a house that was being refurbished, and boxes and furniture made maneuvering tricky and problem solving necessary. They patiently made their way through and got the things loaded. At delivery all went smoothly and my daughter was very pleased with their work. I’ll definitely use LUGG again and have already told a couple of friends about this service!
First experience using Lugg to move a white sofa I bought on FB marketplace. Very impressed with sophistication of these movers! They wrapped the couch in plastic, sealed up the cushions in clean containers and had two dollies. I think we tend to underestimate weight/size of items we want to move but im so glad I opted for the van vs truck and 2 guys versus opting to be the helper for a discount. It did add about 40% to the cost of my couch but still a deal.
Kendy and Roland did an amazing job! They’re the best movers Lugg has to offer in DC. They got my chair to me and up multiple stairs with no issues or complications. Would recommend them for any job with Lugg!!
