Small truck rental one way in East Point, GA

I just want to know why I was charged an extra $19.77 over the $126.77 . The guys arrived at the house at 3:06 after going to the wrong house. It took them 35 minutes to load the heavy piece of furniture of which 10 minutes was deciding how to position the truck in the driveway. The drive to the other house was 15 to 20 minutes and it took 10 to 15 minutes to unload the piece into the garage. Everything took right under an hour and I commended the guys. But I was told travel time was not going to be included in the price. However? Pablo Daniel and Irvin were Great and I will use them again and refer them to friends.

The expected time was 5-6. I am well aware of Friday traffic. They delivered my chair in less than 5 minutes. In and out. Why is the price different than what I was quoted at the store??

Sadiki and Devin were fantastic movers! On time and polite, careful with my belongings, and they were both speedy with pickup and drop-off. I'd ask them to help me move again for sure💯

Paki and Brian were the best movers I've had. They kept me up to date of when they picked up the sofa and when they were on the way. They expertly moved in the sofa which is heavy and adjusted it as needed. They also helped to move/adjust a few other pieces of furniture for me. They were kind and funny and it was genuinely nice to meet them. Great experience!

Movers were kind and efficient. A little rough with the boxes and a few times things were banged and fell down but aside from that it was fine.

It was difficult to move since it was a much smaller place and there was no floor plan with measurements. The movers were great about making adjustments.

When I got to home goods, they had given my couch to the wrong person. The person brought my couch back and the Lugg movers were very patient, understanding and polite. They also helped my husband tighten the legs on the couch which the store manager tried to do but were unsuccessful. I really appreciate them. They did their job well. Thank you thank you! I’ll hire them again and tell my friends about them.
