We couldn’t get the couch through the narrow apartment door, but Michael and Jake tried every which way. I’m happy they did their absolute best—no one could have got this couch in here! It was expensive but a cheaper company would have given up after five minutes. Lugg has my vote for their heroic efforts with a couch that was just one inch too wide.
We weren’t able to move everything I needed in one trip - about a large 1bd worth of stuff, but we got most of it and it felt like excellent value for money. Alex and Ryan were prompt, quick, and thorough.

Everything was handled with great care, and they worked so quickly while still being very organized. They really took a lot of the stress out of moving for me. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS FOR HOW WONDERFUL THESE GENTLEMEN WERE!!! Jah-lil was very VERY conscientious, competent, and confident in his ability to do hard work incredibly well! Elliott was equally friendly, efficient, and conscientious, and took instruction from Jah-lil to work as an amazing team. They were not only professional, but personable, respectful and reassuring while I was worried about the amount of work and what felt like a disastrous undertaking. I had an emotional breakdown on the phone before scheduling for this job. I was overwhelmed and anxious…I felt helpless and so stressed out. What I thought I needed compared to what I got was incredible! I am still marveling at how they managed to get so much stuff in such a small space and have room to spare!!! I will forever be grateful to these gentlemen and will recommend them SPECIFICALLY to anyone who needs a moving job! You guys really saved my life today!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our Luggers were great. Small nick on a floor trim which is a quick fix. The kegerator is massive and almost 300# and if I had to move it I would have injured myself and my house. I am so grateful for these guys!!! 10/10 highly recommend!
I have used Jerome and Michael before, and they are fantastic! They are very efficient, and take close attention to detail. They’re very careful with wrapping individual items, inspecting before they move anything and send these photos. They called to let me know they are on the way and check in with me periodically with any update. I’m very grateful for love and thank you for such wonderful hired. Five stars all the way around.

They did a great job handling a couple of precious pieces of antique furniture, and didn’t complain at the difficult task I had for them. Daniel and Julienne were truly not only kind and helpful, but incredible with moving a bulky dining room table in and among narrow doors and stairs. They made this experience fast, pleasant, and just an overall joy. I would absolutely hire them again and am very grateful!
Every person who has showed up to help me recently has had a great outgoing personality and has been very friendly, that was no exception today. Both gentlemen were very helpful and quick in their work and I’m grateful for their support!
Both Jerome and Daniel were courteous, professional, patient, and committed from start to finish in protecting, delivering, and moving my furniture to its designated location. When it appeared after numerous tries that one cabinet was too large so that it would not clear the ceiling and walls in the stairwell, they continued to brainstorm on how to get the job done instead of simply giving in to what seemed like an undoable task. They realized from examining the cabinet that it could be divided into two pieces, and they patiently separated the sides and reattached them together upon getting each side up the stairs. Customer service sometimes seems to be a lost concept in the present-day world, but Jerome and Daniel gave top-notch customer service to me!
Very polite, professional, on time and they communicated their progress throughout the move. Considering the bulkiness of the furniture, they were very considerate, making sure we were able to proceed with the rest of the move process. I would highly recommend them.
Jerome and Michael M are; funny, kind, professional and incredibly considerate. They were extremely delicate and diligent with my delivery. I cannot give enough praise, thank you!

They sent a picture of the boxes before they left the store, which showed one of the boxes was somehow damaged. My own picture showed no such damage. They replace the damaged piece with another, and made the delivery, placing the heavy boxes in the upstairs bedroom. They could have just made the delivery for me to go through the hassle of exchanging the damaged merchandise, but their quality service saved me the time and money, for which I am very grateful. Thank you!
