They showed up early. The move out was much harder than I anticipated (getting the couch out of the basement). They were persistent and cheerful throughout. Really nice guys and very competent. On the delivery end, the guy who was supposed to come remove my apartment door for me was 15 minutes late, and the Lugg guys were patient and didn't get grumpy. I tipped them cash, BTW, in case you think I'm cheap. :) - Marla
First, Alfredo and Riley were awesome. An elliptical is not an easy thing to lift and move. They did it flawlessly! The overall process and pricing using Lugg was really good. Despite several concerning oversights & mixups by the corporate schedulers which caused us extensive delay, Alex & Scott came through after hours and delivered great service. They took care of the appliance and demonstrated problem solving when moving a large item into a tight area. We hope corporate does better if we use Lugg again but we offer great feedback regarding the crew. - Sarah

I have MS and I don’t always have the ability to do the things that I used to do. These two lugs (weird) handed everything for me. Broke down boxes, cleaned up, put furniture together… basically anything that I needed. I never felt judged or degraded in any way , even though I struggled with the app and had many empty boxes and open crates to handle. Thanks again - Barb
