Home Depot had an issue and wouldnt release my fridge, even though I bought it, and the guys waited for me to Uber up and waited for me to argue with them for almost an hour without complaining once. Went totally above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough!
The whole process was great. I was well informed and notified of each step. The delivery was on time. both workers were very courteous, friendly, polite and efficient and handled the delivery with care and expertise. I was impressed with the service and it exceeded experiences I have had by far with other moving companies. Agustin and Hussain were professional, careful, and thoughtful throughout the pickup and delivery. My furniture was delivered carefully wrapped and carried into the room and space I requested. Both men were friendly and did their best to place the furniture exactly without damage to the furniture, the floors or surroundings. Would highly recommend this team from Lugg!

They were polite and very respectful. Excellent job. I already tipped them. My issue though is with your logistics. I kept getting updated text which I appreciate. That’s a good thing to do. What’s not a good thing to do is to tell the client to expect them in 15 minutes and then tell them in the next text that there was a glitch and it would be an hour and a half later before the delivery would show up. There’s no way you can tell me that 15 minutes before, the initial pick up you didn’t have an idea that something was going wrong . I could’ve been doing a lot of other things during that time instead, I was Waiting in my new home where I could not be productive for a delivery that was coming in hour and a half later. Your logistics team needs to do a better job
