Alberto and Francesco did an amazing job! They helped me move a dining table and six chairs from Costco to my home. The delivery involved carrying everything up the stairs, and they handled it with care — no scratches or damage at all. Jose and Guadalupe were not only spot on time, polite, efficient and professional - they were also friendly and kind. They wrangled in a big box with a recliner in it, set it up for me, and carefully broke down the box to have it fit into my building trash requirements. They were wonderful. They were awesome. I just purchased a couch from Costco. I called several moving companies, 4 hours was the minimum 740.00 One of the moving company told me about Lugg . I look them up They came the same day . Very fast efficient and clean. I only charged me $86.00 Fantastic company I would definitely use them again

Communicative, patient, and accommodating when Costco employees were a little discombobulated with what was supposed to happen. They kept me apprised of what was happening & facilitated me speaking with supervisors & manager - and we got the job done! And they were just pleasant to work with. 10/10

This was my first ever Lugg and these guys are not smiling in their photos - I had NO IDEA what to expect! What I got was exactly what I needed: two professional guys with a vehicle much larger than mine who could most my daughters’ play structure from Costco to my house. I am so glad Lugg exists and that these two guys take part in it. Could not be happier!!
These guys were patient as Costco brought my items from the dock to the entrance. I think they could have unloaded them better as a team since they both had different approaches but ultimately, they got the job done and that is what matters.
They showed up within the hour and did an intelligent and orderly job of getting 8 boxes weighing 100lbs each about 70" long from Costco into my library. I don't have a truck or a dolly and I don't have the strength to easily move these myself. These guys were worth every penny, you oughta give them Lugg elite status or whatever it is.
Ridiculously helpful - They had actually arrived about 15 minutes early of our scheduled time plus had helped us go into Costco and purchase the item while moving from the warehouse to our home - completing the move within 30 minutes. 100% would love to have Edgar and Audy help us out again!
I bought a sectional from Costco and when it was delivered, it was the wrong one! Lugg drivers went back to Costco and re-delivered the correct sectional. This was Costco's mistake, but lugg drivers were professional and courteous and didn't hesitate to go back and get the right sectional. Thank you both!
