They took extra special care with the furniture moving and placement in the store! When there was a narrow spot to move , they were excellent problem solvers! I highly recommend these Luggers! Literally the best "Luggers" ever!!! Had to move some very difficult, heavy items and did so brilliantly! Their truck is massive AND has a lift gate which made moving my difficult items safe.
Juvenal is a lifesaver for last-minute needs! I had a great experience with Lugg today. Juvenal were total pros—he was communicative about his arrival and brought all the necessary gear like dollies and blankets. He worked at speed but never sacrificed safety. Best moving experience I've had!

I’ve used Lugg many times and it’s always been great but I think Mario and Francisco were by far the best. The performed a 3 bedroom apartment move for me (including stairs!) in a little under 3 hours. Remarkable. They were so kind and SO quick, while taking extra care of everything and making sure that everything I wanted moved was exactly as I wanted it. I would use them again for anything without question.

Caleb and Chris are smart and super positive and I think the best movers I’ve ever hired. They brought a sofa up a tricky staircase on the first attempt after the original contracted (through west elm) delivery folks couldn’t do it in 3 attempts.

Alberto and Jorge were great! I had to text them ahead of time with a few issues and they were super prompt with replying, they were patient during a delay, wrapped the furniture perfectly, and were very friendly. The best Luggers I’ve had!
Miguel was the best! Friendly, patient and a team player. He came prepared with furniture blankets and tools we didn’t even know we would need to help us move the bed. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

They are very strong and followed my requests and gave me the best feedback to get a complex job done in a difficult environment. They work together as a team smoothly and have a super large van. They dialogued with me as we made decisions together, using their expertise to educate me. I rate them as Highest 5 star plus. The work they did is for a non profit serving low income children and I am directed by my board of directors to keep tips at 13 percent.

Tyrell and Andres are excellent movers. They were on time, wildly efficient, careful, professional, and personable. They strategized on the best approach, moved all of my heavy items upstairs, placed them exactly where I needed them, and were on their way in a fraction of the time it’d have taken me to move these things on my own.
Tomas and Andres are fast, efficient, friendly and have great attitudes. It was very easy working with them as they wasted no time making sure all my items fit and were delivered safely and skillfully. They even were mindful in strategizing the best way to fit my items so that i could easily get them from storage at a later date. This detail might be helpful to some: as a woman alone, I felt very safe and comfortable around them. I highly recommend them and had a very positive experience. Their work is first class.
