Got a delivery from IKEA, and the store was not clear with the Luggers that there were other items at the IKEA warehouse. Gabriel and Cobey were gracious and understanding, and went back to pick up the other items quickly and without complaint. Great service.

I am juggling a busy move with many heavy boxes that needed to be shipped and Jason not only transported them for me but assisted at the UPS store. I could not have done this without him! He was prompt, efficient, calm and polite he and saved me so much stress, I cannot recommend him enough. AAA+++
They were excellent!!! I had a very heavy adjustable base & king size bed and a split staircase. They were punctual, professional, and did an amazing job. Even did set up for me… the mattress store told me their delivery service would add an additional charge for that. This company didn’t. They deserved their tip! Definitely will use this company again! Thank you!!!
They were very efficient - Macy’s department store was very disorganized and made it difficult for the drivers to stay on schedule. This was not their fault. Your drivers did a wonderful job. Thank you
We were so pleased with our experience. We bought the loveseat at the furniture store. They picked it up within 10 minutes and had it to our house with in minutes. Moved it up stairs and through a tight doorway. I highly recommend them! Great experience!

My movers were fantastic and went above and beyond. Even going to the hardware store to get the right lug to take apart my bedframe. The couch would also not fit at an angle so they took the time to take off the legs and put them back on. Really appreciated all the care and extra effort.

I’d never even heard of Lugg until I bought my new mattress today. He delivered my new mattress in a little under from hour from after I bought it in the store! Just enough time to get home and move my old mattress 😊

Collin and Trey went above and beyond to help move my cabinet from the store to my home. The cabinet was heavier than anticipated and needed great maneuvering to get to my basement. They figured it out and brought it to the desired location. They also offered to help fix one of the doors that was not closing right. They were great to work with!
