Willie and Nasir came right within the arrival window and were super helpful and communicative. Moving was done pretty efficiently and carefully. I didn’t realize how much stuff I had in my 1-Bedroom but they made it all fit just perfectly into the XL. Took about 3 hours to load and 1 hour to unload. They also did a great job getting everything inside to the right rooms and without damages. Expert team of good, hard-working guys who were being mindful of time as well, highly recommend them! They accommodated my request to lug my original sofa upstairs. I really appreciate that they did so, and they even grabbed a moving blanket from their truck to make that happen.
Reginald and Joseph were so sweet to help me rearrange the furniture in the room to make room for the daybed I bought. They even helped me put up the elevator pads that the building requires. This was my first experience with Lugg and I will definitely be using it again!

Danny and Matt from Lugg Team were very quick, professional & efficient in moving Furniture and Sports equipment within our Condo. They dis assembled and re assembled Crib and Table Tennis Table. They dis assembled a Trampoline too. They have made Garage, Guest Bedroom and Basement more useful spaces now. A lot of Kids Nostalgia Furniture has been moved to Basement. They have helped me in accomplishing unimaginable moving & relocating Furniture. I am thankful for their work before Christmas Holidays.

They were terrific. Arrived on time. Brought in the new box spring and new mattress. Set them into the frame. Took the old box spring and mattress and set it up in the room in the basement. They were very professional and would highly recommend them in the future to anyone needing anything moved. Thank you Lugg.

They moved a 200 lb mattress up three flights in a hundred year old building. They set up the frame and box spring for a perfect fit. Their effort throughout was consistently high and their attitude positive. Absolute pleasure to work with. Can’t recommend more highly.
Mike and Daniel were excellent movers. They made moving into my storage unit so effortless and simple, while also working extremely hard moving my couch, mattress, and heavy table. They even helped me wrap my couch and headboard, to prevent dust, which was above and beyond. Would give 10 stars/5 stars, if possible!
They had to take on my move at the end of their day as an additional job but did great and got my mattress moved to my apartment and into my room as soon as they could
