Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.
Paulo was GREAT! Super friendly, punctual and very professional. He was very thankful that we brought all the times to the front of the door which helped loading them into the van quicker. He even helped bringing one of the items inside my place since it was raining and even took his shoes off to avoid making a mess. Next time I use Lugg I’d like to hire him!

Emptying this storage unit was not a task I looked forward to, and wasn’t sure it could be done in a day. They made it happen! They are efficient with their time and clearly have a lot of experience moving large loads of belongings. Thank you Fabiola and Deshawn, I will hire you again in a heartbeat! My only complaint is that I may have added the tip wrong. Not sure what “tip” and “additional tip” means. Somehow it ended up in “additional tip.” I just hope their tips got to each person.
Caleb and Chris are smart and super positive and I think the best movers I’ve ever hired. They brought a sofa up a tricky staircase on the first attempt after the original contracted (through west elm) delivery folks couldn’t do it in 3 attempts.
Jose and John were great. They did an excellent job and I would hire them again in an instant. They were careful with the items I had them move and were able to carry a large couch up three floors of stairs without any issues. Thank you, and great job!
They moved A LOT of furniture in difficult spaces and did it very well. Willing to get a bed up a ladder into the attic and even helped to repair a bed frame that had an issue from a previous fix. Really appreciated their willingness to help until everything was perfect. Would definitely hire them again.
