Victor and Omar were absolutely fantastic. My 10’ UHaul was full to the brim, and they still got everything out and into my storage unit within 40 minutes. Would definitely book them again if needed.
They were a great team and a perfect first experience with this app. The price wasn’t what I agreed to but that’s the chance you take online.
The guys were great - friendly and got the job done. Breion was a good communicator and followed through exactly as he said. Really appreciated them! My complaint is with the app — I reserved 1 person and they sent 2 with communicating anything to me about the price or what to expect. There’s no way to reach someone live at customer service. And you don’t see anything about how much you’ll be charged until after the job is closed. Regardless, Antwane and Breion made it work!
This was our first time using Lugg and we were so happy with the service we received. We needed to move a refrigerator at the last minute and Lugg provided same day service at a good price. The movers were very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. The app made managing the booking extremely easy and convenient. Lugg was a life saver! We will absolutely be using this company again!

I left them cash tip. Good job. They were very friendly. My only advice is to consider covering furniture with blankets when they move as an extra layer of protection. I have also seen other movers use shoulder straps to help make the move easier.

Great experience! The movers showed up on time and texted me when they were 10 minutes away. They loaded everything quickly and efficiently. My apartment is on the 3rd floor with no service elevator. They did an amazing job getting everything up the stairs. I will definitely use Lugg in the future.
