I needed help loading a U-Haul trailer and I was going to tow 700 miles. The guys worked really hard to make sure the load was balanced and I could drive it safely
We had a tricky move - two locations combined - into u-haul storage containers. It required a strategic ability, executed perfectly. Spacial reasoning along with the great care taken, extra support on the packing of the items, was above and beyond. This also happened to be the second move we have had from the same team of movers, James and Jose. Would highly recommend!
David and Lucas were awesome! They went above and beyond to help us unload the Uhaul and rearrange our heavy furniture within our place. Thanks guys!

Raymond & Freddie were so very nice and professional. They made sure my chair was exactly where I wanted it, and took care not to damage it or my home. I had originally contacted another company, and have been waiting for two days for them to deliver my chair. Rescheduled twice. I am so happy that you guys were able to come thru for me. And it was immediate service. Picked up within 20 minutes of my request, and delivered soon after. And it was cheaper than what the other company was going to charge. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs moving assistance. Don’t forget to let Raymond & Freddie know that they were awesome and exceeded my expectations. They also left their moving blanket here. I will keep it here for them to pick up. Thank you very much!
The Lugg service was right on time, affordable for a college student and Rommel was right on time and communicated his location and arrivals through text. Loved the Lugg app, it sent me a reminder moving day and the app allows you to track the Luggers location upon arrival-Will definitely use again-Thank you Rommel:))
This was the coolest app I ever used! So easy and very affordable! James and Devon were amazing! Super fast delivery. I paid for my furniture and they had it delivered and set up in my home ready to go in less than 2 hours! I will definitely use this service again and will recommend it to all my friends! With this said, based on my experience, the Lugg app does a great job of providing detailed estimates showing me all relevant details, including the exact price I paid. David & James made my move overall experience an excellent one. As I was shopping around for a moving company, that would be friendly, on time, and stood out due to their value and customer care, well I found them! These guys were courteous, skilled and did not waste any unnecessary time, and packed everything professionally.
Kevin & Khalid made this the easiest move ever. Super nice and careful with the couch I bought. I was pleasantly surprised at how well Lugg worked since this was my first time using the platform. I picked a time for that same afternoon, fully expecting to hear back that those times weren't available, etc...it seemed to good to be true to book for the same day. But, true to the booking, I got a text when they were on their way and there were no issues. Price was really reasonable. I am very impressed with Lugg.
These guys were great! But I was a little surprised to see two people, as it was only a one person job, and I had only asked for one. The price ended up being a little higher than I had expected
Picked up from store within an hour. Delivered in 45 minutes. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Final location for sofa was difficult but Rommel managed with ease. Price was good too. I would highly recommend this company. Look no further.
Jesus was great! But the dump location was closed. I reached out for help and the answer was that it was the customer’s responsibility to ensure the place is open. Ok fair BUT I don’t recall it was mentioned anywhere. At least you should have a warning message so we do know as customer this is our responsibility! It costs me at least double the expected price!!!

Jim & Jose were so professional, they responded to me within minutes and arrived at Home Goods in 20 minutes to deliver my sofa to my new apartment. They arrived in a clean, brand new truck with my white sofa neatly rapped. They were friendly & respectful. When they couldn’t fit the very large sofa through my second floor doorway, they offered a solution. So I called from my my cell to the Lugg App for 2 movers to assist for a reasonable price, they joIned us wIthIn 20 minutes and the 4 men proceeded to hoist the sofa up the side of the apartment and over the balcony. They were incredibly professional, careful, and efficient from start to finish. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, and treated the piece with great care. It was a challenging move, but they handled it with total confidence and teamwork. Friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced, I couldn’t have asked for better movers. Jeremy and Henry were awesome. Excellent communication beforehand and while moving. They were able to move even more items than I had expected and moved so quickly. They expertly moved my large, heavy couch (that I struggle to push around) down a set of stairs and a super narrow alley. They made the process so quick and easy, and they were also really kind, friendly people. If I or someone I know needed to move again and I could request movers, I would definitely request them.
