Worked hard and the Goodwill did not take the cabinet so they contacted me and spoke with the manager and tried to get the manager to take the cabinet but Goodwill didn’t have space for it so they phoned me and had to return the items to my house which was a lot of moving heavy items for them. I appreciated their help and professional attitude throughout the process.
Armondo and Luis were incredible! They showed up on time. They were both very pleasant and easy to work with. They ensured that they were taking the right stuff. They worked well together as a team. They provided helpful information about what Goodwill would take. They helped problem solve when some furniture couldn’t be donated. They were incredibly efficient. Their help was invaluable. If we need moving services again I would most definitely hire them again and I would specifically ask for Armando and Luis.
Went out of their way to make sure they got rerouted to get my second delivery job of taking my old furniture out after delivering my new couch. This saved me a lot of time. Also went above and beyond with getting goodwill to accept everything. Thanks, guys!
Careful, efficient, and professional! They carefully fit the loveseat through a tight-fit doorway to not dent or scratch anything. When my WiFi didn't work to book a second Lugg pickup to take the old loveseat to another location for donation Joshua arranged a second Lugg pickup so I didn't have to wait for a different crew. They were also very personable and polite. Based on this excellent experience with them I would not hesitate to use Lugg.Com again and will recommend them to my friends and family. The customer service displayed by these two guys is definitely an asset to your company.

Super job done by Nicolas and Brandon! They came about 40 minutes past 12 (expected them to come between 11-12), but they let me know they were running late and told me what time they’d come, which was fine to me. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were very careful with the dresser and knew how to get the drawers out to make it lighter to carry. They had special straps which made carrying the dresser easier. It fit in their truck and they followed me to our home and they drove carefully so as to not jostle the dresser. After carrying dresser into my home and putting drawers back tbey moved another dresser out of the bedroom. That was impromptu on my part. They did it cheerfully and I would absolute recommend them to anyone needing moving help!

Bought a mattress that weighed more than expected, turned out to not be something my room mate and I could handle getting up the stairs. These two saved the day and were at my house within 10 minutes.
Movers delivered a small sofa. Patiently waited for the Lugg App to upload the correct address information and got the sofa to its new home.
They did a great job in the pouring rain, we’re professional, receptive and thoughtful about each item.
It was a difficult day with closure, for me with this move. I want thank them both for showing such gratitude towards this moment, helping me just getting it done quickly, hearing me and just asking what can we do to help. Thank you is not enough for Brandon and Claudio. Blessing too both.
