They were awesome! Would definitely have this crew back again to move. We had an insanely heavy antique baseboard and they were able to get it into our basement. Pedro is one strong guy!
Communicative through text. We’re punctual. They were very respectful to my home and took off their shoes before coming in. They packaged the large antique armoire carefully and we’re careful moving it into my home and into position. They worked efficiently. Very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Enrique and Benson were phenomenal! I was having an antique bedroom set delivered to a friend. They carefully wrapped each item and handled expertly. Benson & Darren picked up a large console from an antiques store and delivered it to a second floor bedroom. I also hired them to move some furniture out of the same bedroom to a garage. They were very professional and super nice guys! They handled my furniture with care, paying attention to not scratch it or hit walls or other surfaces in my home. They were also very efficient! The items were wrapped well and they were great with the folks they picked up the items from and to deliver to me. All on time and great communication. This was amazing. i bought a peloton off of facebook marketplace and had it delivered to my son as a gift. i didn’t need to leave my couch to do all of this. when they notified me they had the bike in their possession, i venmo’d the seller.
Fast and efficient. Not sure why the pick up was so long though! They called me they were there at 5 and the FB marketplace lady said they left at 5:19.

What more can I say about these guys... WOW!! From the SECOND I first communicated with them they went out of their way with their kindness, helpfulness, friendlyness, positive energy and professionalism. I'm not saying from the first minute I'm saying from the first second and the whole time these 2 wonderful men were dealing with my order. I didn't have the receipt for my item attached and they were so patient at my pick up place while I searched for it. When they got here (and man did I have a difficult awkward piece for them to move ) right away upon meeting them the most friendliness, positive greeting that made me, someone who suffers from anxiety, feel a sigh of relief and a feeling of comfort. Professional and so careful with my furniture. I've never spent that much $ on one piece before so I was nervous and it is a pretty large, fragile and awkward to move item. From the first moment to the end, getting it safely to my apt which is on the fourth floor with a tiny elevator these guys went above and beyond. I'm holding back tears writing this because these guys, Kevin the super star ( his nickname is spot on ) and his guy Matthew learning and helping so kindly the whole time , were everything and more you would ever hope for in any encounter you may have big or small in life. Thanks guys!! Thank you Lugg, and btw you guys really won the lottery when these guys signed up with your company.
