Showed up timely, loaded furniture with care and without delay. Some furniture very heavy - but not for them! Strapped items down securely. At drop off asked where to unload - did not assume. Unloaded, placed where requested with no issue and with care and speed. Cleaned up stretch film. So fast! And this was a lot cheaper than Dolly's fixed cost estimate! Thank you!!
The service was great! They were at Living Spaces within a half hour after purchasing a couch. The van has brand new and very clean both inside the van and outside and well lit inside the storage part. They had moving blankets and plastic over my $2,000 dollar sofa. The also help disassemble and assemble the couch backs to make it fit through a narrow doorway. Very polite and considerate especially with my super over [riced couch. Forget using or hiring your friends use them it cheaper!
Keith and Marcel did excellent job. Moving a heavy furniture on a hot weather like this and still manage to smile and maintain good attitude is beyond my expectations. They protected my armoire the best they can. I will recommend Lugg to friends. Much cheaper than renting U haul.
Took 15 minutes just to put the drawers back on. That are up a lot of time. I was expecting no more than $125 for delivery. The actual store was cheaper.
Honestly this was the best experience I’ve ever went through with moving furniture. They were cheaper then the store delivery price and so precise and clean when bringing furniture into the house and up the stairs they did a even better job then any furniture delivery story could have done. Not to mention they were extremely polite, and punctual!! Truly thank you again Frank and Victor you both totally blew my mind and even my hubby was impressed which trust me says A LOT!! I will definitely recommend this app to everyone because it’s so worth it!!

Fast and friendly self-starters these guys really rocked it. I can’t believe how organized and detail to attention they paid. Everything was delivered in perfect condition!!!All my valiables, fragiles like my big huge full length mirror. My bed set up everything even the dust ruffle under the mattress they put together= looks great:-) unloaded super organized for unpacking!! I can’t believe what a great job they did …but I know that I have always valued hard work and these guys are the epitome of hard workers. Rock star service🤩 thanks guys!

They showed up when they said they would, followed me home (I was at the store they picked the furniture up from) and got it unloaded and brought it upstairs for me + moved my other little loveseat outside (they offered which was so nice) and that was it! Super nice guys, good attitudes, pretty quick and efficient. Great experience and would use them again! Loved this better than task rabbit. I haven’t seen my total yet but if my estimate was correct the value can’t be beat!

I really appreciated their patience when I wasn’t completely ready when they arrived—they were kind, flexible, and never made me feel rushed. They also came up with creative solutions when things got tricky. I’m very grateful for their help and would happily recommend them.
