(At first, Goodwill wanted to decline my furniture items, after they had just told me on the phone that they would accept them. After some discussion, they finally accepted the items.) I appreciate all Roberto and Ricardo did very much. It is one thing to do a job competently, but they were also friendly and cheerful.
