HIGHLY RECOMMEND Honestly, the best moving experience/service I’ve ever booked! Octavio and Marcos are punctual, super friendly, and communicative. They have all the moving supplies needed and are not only thorough but quick too! Moving the furniture was a breeze and they went above and beyond in their service.
Marcos and Octavio went WAY above what was required and gave outstanding service!! They brought all of my furniture and boxes from two floors into a 3-story building, even took apart bed frames and reassembled them. They took great care in handling fragile items as well. Just exemplary service, very kind and friendly movers who were professional beyond belief. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, and great employees to be working for Lugg.
Nathaniel and Tyrone arrived early at the pickup location which I greatly appreciate as parking can be tricky. They moved 4 pieces of furniture for me and everything arrived wrapped and in great condition.
I had an excellent experience with my Lugger. He handled moving a very heavy piece of furniture completely on his own, and did it with impressive skill and efficiency. This move was sentimental for me because they were helping transport my late grandfather’s furniture, and they treated everything with great care and patience. Matthew was especially accommodating and willing to work with me when we initially thought the fridge wouldn’t fit in the vehicle After rearranging the storage unit, we realized there actually wasn’t space. So we dodged a bullet there. I really appreciated their flexibility and professionalism during a stressful time. Overall, great service and I would definitely recommend them.

The movers were fine, but a glitch happened with your technology and told the movers I had cancelled when I had not, and that caused confusion, waste of time and frustration in getting it figured out and getting the furniture delivered. It’d be nice to have some acknowledgement and a discount for the inconvenience. Thanks

Theo and Octavio were excellent. They were kind, professional, and patient, and they handled my antique furniture with great care. They braved the freezing cold, efficiently loaded items into my vehicle, and helped move things out of a storage unit. Highly recommend!
There weren’t enough blankets to secure the furniture. Had to provide my own so took much longer than expected.
My feedback doesn’t have to do with the two actual movers who were lovely, but with the company, which is an absolute wreck! Will absolutely not be using again. For piece of mind and to save my own time, I chose to use lugg to transport one piece of furniture that I was purchasing from someone. Of course they didn’t even let me know until after my pickup window expired, through an automated text that it will be over an over before my item will even be picked up. The seller of my item left… meanwhile there’s no number to call! I spend over an hour trying to “chat” with “support” which took forever because there were severe gaps of time waiting for each response, just to further give me no helpful information. I begged the seller to come back and gave another time frame to lugg… (same day) AGAIN the same thing happened… after the time ran out, only then was I texted that it will be again over an hour before anyone will come to pick it up… again… nothing from a real person and I once again had to go through the dreaded chat. Terrible terrible terrible service. In the end I wasted way more time and money and got no peace of mind whatsoever!!!! It’s a shame because you’re doing your own workers a disservice. The movers were lovely.
