these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs.

Tim & Ryan were prompt, friendly, and incredibly careful during the moving process. They helped me empty my storage unit and haul several pieces of furniture into my home swiftly and without any damage. Grateful!

I had two guys one was really knowledgeable about moving things. He was careful. He’s been with Lugg a good while now. His assistant was a new guy so was still learning. So glad this service exists! Will use them any time i need heavy objects moved in our home.

My new furniture purchase was way heavier than it looks, end up mistakenly asking for too few people. They end up exceling through moving and aced the delivery, thank you so much both!

Not only were we able to get everything done in a smart and timely manner, but he even helped me make the perfect arrangement of my furniture to maximize my space in moving from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. Alex and Anthony did a miraculous thing: they made the chore of moving my stuff...can't believe I'm writing this....(almost) fun! They were friendly and strong and quickly made short work of my haphazardly packed boxes. After they left, my afternoon felt so much brighter because the moving process was faster and easier than I expected and I could back to doing the things I like to do. They were both very nice & professional, but very late in getting to the pickup and made some errors in judgement which resulted in our front door having a gouge. But they did treat the pieces they were moving very well. I blame Lugg for the lateness since Lugg booked them knowing that their job before us was over an hour away with always bad traffic. Their assignment algorithm needs tweaking.

Very nice and customer driven person made the process of moving effortless and fast as well as efficient would recommend him to all your customers.

Alex and Anthony were fantastic. Very professional and punctual. I had a difficult space to navigate and they worked together to figure it out including removing some parts of the couch but reassembling after. Highly recommend them!
