They were quick and clear and friendly. One thing I would suggest that the company do: make it clear, for junk removal, that the Luggers will pay the fee and then have it added to the customer's bill. I had assumed I'd have to drive to the dump as well so as to pay the fee! - Cara
Wasn’t able to track them after they left here but on tracking app it says “unloaded”. Fyi…I was told I couldn’t book the 3 steps in one booking (p/up, delivery/dump old bbq) that it had to be 2 separate bookings….1 to have p/up-delivery and 2 to p/up old and take to dump. Alex said why didn’t you just have the delivery guys take old one to dump? My question exactly!! - Carol
