Kevin & Khalid made this the easiest move ever. Super nice and careful with the couch I bought. I was pleasantly surprised at how well Lugg worked since this was my first time using the platform. I picked a time for that same afternoon, fully expecting to hear back that those times weren't available, etc...it seemed to good to be true to book for the same day. But, true to the booking, I got a text when they were on their way and there were no issues. Price was really reasonable. I am very impressed with Lugg.
Ruben and Harold did such a great job first for my mom and then my mom's friend! If you ever use Lugg for their services and you get these two guys, I think you'll have a great experience too! On a side note having nothing to do with Ruben and Harold, using Lugg for a second delivery that same day, Lugg added 50% more in fees. They charge an additional $2.02 per minute ($121.20 p/hr) on top of the flat rate quoted on the app. They only give an email as a means to contact customer support which adds to the negative customer experience.
Excellent! They were presented with VERY difficult stairs and calmly worked together to come up with a solution. We have our couch for Christmas Eve which we didn’t think was going to happen but luckily we were able to get the last one in stock AND delivered same day. Super grateful. Fantastic job all around! We asked Christian if he would be so kind to help us move out our old couch and he was SO helpful. We also had items picked up from over 2hrs away and he delivered the same day we realized we couldn’t fit them in our car. 😓😅 A life saver option and help from Christian.

I bought a sofa at a good discount and used delivery through the app for $ 75 ... at a convenient time for me on the same day! I must say that delivery to living space would cost me $ 100 and according to a schedule, which may not be convenient for me! I am very grateful to the guys from Lugg💚! They were incredibly professional, careful, and efficient from start to finish. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, and treated the piece with great care. It was a challenging move, but they handled it with total confidence and teamwork. Friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced, I couldn’t have asked for better movers. If you want the job done right with zero stress, these are your guys! Highly recommend

They expertly moved my large, heavy couch (that I struggle to push around) down a set of stairs and a super narrow alley. They made the process so quick and easy, and they were also really kind, friendly people. If I or someone I know needed to move again and I could request movers, I would definitely request them.
